If your gear arrived damaged, defective, or with a fulfillment error on our end, BROKE OFF™ will make it right. Reach out to contact within 30 days of delivery and we’ll sort it out at no cost to you.

Eligible returns

  • Damaged in transit
  • Defective product (print, stitching, hardware)
  • Wrong item or size shipped vs. what was ordered

How to start a return

  1. Email us through the contact page within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
  3. We’ll respond with next steps within 2 business days.

What we don’t accept

Most BROKE OFF™ product is print-on-demand and made-to-order, so we don’t accept returns for change-of-mind, fit preference, or sizing issues outside of our published size guide. Check the size guide before ordering.

Shipping returns

If a return is approved, we’ll cover return shipping for damaged, defective, or wrong-item orders. We’ll send a prepaid label via email.
