Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.

To start a return, email us at hello@brokeoffco.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll get back to you within 2 business days with instructions.

Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card company.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Email us at hello@brokeoffco.com and we'll sort it out. We'll ship the replacement as soon as we receive the original item back.

Damages and Defects

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or just plain wrong, contact us immediately at hello@brokeoffco.com with a photo of the issue. We'll make it right — replacement or full refund, your call. Return shipping is on us when it's our mistake.

Non-Returnable Items

Stickers are final sale — once they're stuck, they're stuck. Sale items are also final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
